It turned out to be quite nice for running but wasn't it awful just before we started. Congratulations to everyone who came along tonight. We've very sorry about XC - it was out but one street further north than marked on the map. Just goes to show that even the setter can make mistakes. Hope no one spent too long looking for it. Who had to wait for a train to pass before they coould continue on their course? I crossed the railway line 5 times and had to wait 3 times!!

Next week we have the rogaine. A few more controls available to get but they are further spread but you have 3 hours to get them. The controls have different points too so this makes the planning more important and difficult. You will have 15 minutes for planning. We are starting from 38a Glendowie Rd - Glendowie Rd goes off Riddell Rd right down by the river. Other details of the event are there too. Seeing you will be running longer there will be a sausage at the end as well as the soup.
